There was no name of the pirate listed, who was said to be using the frequency 88.5 MHz without a license, according to a press release from U.S. Attorney in Boston Carmen Ortiz. Michele Ellison, chief of the FCC?s Enforcement Bureau, said, ?We will continue to use all available enforcement tools, including equipment seizures, to protect the airwaves and are grateful for the assistance and fine work of the U.S. Attorney?s Office in Boston.?
