Where Are The Online Ratings For Radio?

As the radio industry patiently waits for a ratings company to accurately measure online and digital listening so those numbers can be combined with over-the-air numbers, the TV industry is boiling over with vendors getting into that game. The Wall Street Journal reports how Nielsen is "feeling the heat" from companies like ComScore and Rentrak to measure online viewing. ComScore says it can offer the TV industry a single metric that tells how many people watched a TV show across all platforms, including live and time-shifted TV, video-on-demand, and online streaming.
