KMCQ-FM Seattle/Tacoma is under contract to be sold, pending FCC approval of the transfer, from Queen Cities Broadcasting to Educational Media Foundation. Michigan-based Queen Cities Broadcasting also owns WAOL-FM, Cincinnati, Ohio. The buyer, Educational Media Foundation, is a not-for-profit organization and operator of K-Love and Air1 radio networks.
