Arizona Coyotes radio analyst Nick Boynton did not show up for a pre-trial conference in Buffalo Wednesday. His lawyer told the judge Boynton was back in Pheonix in a rehab facility. Boynton was arrested after an incident at the Buffalo Creek Casino, charged with assault, resisting arrest, harassment, obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct. He's plead not guilty and the judge said he would issue a bench warrant for Boynton's arrestif he did not show up for a rescheduled hearing in May.
