Congratulations to Lakeland Broadcasting President Steve Linder who was recently inducted into the Minnesota Broadcasting Hall of Fame in Minneapolis. Linder grew up with the radio business, learning from his grandfather Harry and father Bill who started KWLM back in 1940. After college Linder returned to Willmar in 1972 to help build KQIC. He became involved in all aspects of the business and purchased the company in 1990.
