Reuters is reporting that the 37 year old "is considering a bid" to buy Dick Clark Productions. When Clark passed Seacrest said Dick Clark was a mentor to him. You may remembers that in January, Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners invested $300 million in Seacrest to help him grow his empire.
