Cable Tapped As Entercom/Greenville VP/MM

June 17, 2011 -- Randy Cable takes the reins as VP/Market Manager for Entercom's Greenville, SC, cluster of Talk WORD-AM & FM, Top 40 WFBC, Active Rock WTPT, Classic Rock WROQ, and AC WSPA-FM. He's been with Entercom since 2008, most recently as Greenville DOS and before joining Entercom, Cable was VP/GM for Saga/Asheville, NC.

"We did an open search to find the best person for this job, and Randy came to the top of the list," Entercom RVP Michael Doyle said. "He has more than 20 years' experience as a general manager and three years of experience with our Greenville team, making him the perfect choice to continue our success in Greenville."
