Tribune Announces Settlement With Creditors

Tribune announces its support for an agreement on a reorganization plan that includes its official committee of unsecured creditors. The plan expands on an earlier settlement agreement with major creditors, and has the backing of the bankruptcy court judge who's been serving as mediator in the latter stages of Tribune's Chapter 11.

Report: Clear Channel Sued By Miami Heat

The NBA's Miami Heat have filed suit against Clear Channel, Reuters reports. The team alleges that Clear Channel breached an agreement to give the Heat a "priority broadcast position" when the company made a detter broadcast deal with the NFL Dolphins.
