SBS Gets Delisting Notice

Nasdaq has sent a notice informing Spanish Broadcasting System that it is in danger of delisting. SBS stock has traded below the exchange's minimum of $1 a share for more than 30 consecutive business days. It's the second such notice for SBS this year.

Apple Posts Record Revenues

Apple reports record revenue of $20.34 billion in its fiscal fourth quarter, up from $12.21 billion in the same period a year ago. Apple's net quarterly profit came in at $4.31 billion ($4.64 per diluted share). More than 4 million iPads were sold in the quarter, and Apple CEO Steve Jobs said Apple still has some surprises in store for this year.

Magna Global Revises '10 Prediction Upward

Magna Global updates its "U.S. Media Advertising Revenue Forecast," and is now projecting that U.S. ad revenues will be up 2.8 percent in 2010 on a normalized basis, excluding political and network-TV Olympics ads. That's revised from an earlier projection of 2.1 percent growth.

Clear Channel Outdoor has sold its majority interest in Clear Channel Branded Cities to the Ellman Companies, making Ellman the 100 percent owner. Ellman will keep the Branded Cities name.
