A judge has granted Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster's request for a preliminary injunction against Sirius XM, ordering the satcaster to stop calling consumers on the no-call list who have said they don't want Sirius XM service. Koster says the satcaster has been violating state trade and no-call laws. |
