Verizon has agreed to refund millions of dollars to customers who were charged a "mystery fee," but the FCC's Enforcement Bureau is still investigating the matter, saying Verizon took too long to acknowledge and address the problem. As many as 15 million Verizon customers were charged "data access" fees even though they didn't subscribe to data plans. |
