Arbitron reports that it brought in revenue of $99.5 million in the third quarter, up 1.4 percent from the same period in 2009, with the gain due to PPM commercialization in 10 new markets, offset in part by customers who reduced service or didn't renew. The company's net income in the quarter was $11.3 million (42 cents per diluted share), down from $13.7 million (51 cents) a year ago. |
