TRIBUNE Talk WGN-A/CHICAGO has upped Newsroom Coordinator JUDY PIELACH to Managing Editor. PIELACH, who joined the station in 1986 and won two regional EDWARD R. MURROW Awards from the RTDNA for her series on her own battle with breast cancer and another on suburban teen heroin addiction, will continue to anchor the station's midday news.
