The prank call that has turned into an international incident rolls on. Once news broke that the nurse, Jacintha Saldanha, who took the call was dead, the Australian radio station 2Day FM suspended all advertising. Today the station says advertising will resume again on Thursday and Southern Cross Media will donate the advertising profits to an "appropriate fund."
A minimum contribution of AUD$500,000 will be made. SCA CEO Rhys Holleran said, "We hope that by contributing to a memorial fund we can provide the Saldanha family with the support they need at this very difficult time." Authorities suspect the nurse committed suicide after revealing personal information about Kate Middleton's pregnancy over the phone.

Just like to point out that Jacintha Saldanha only transferred the call to another nurse. She did not reveal any information herself. Which makes it even more sad and shocking that she would take her own life.
