Beasley Broadcasting has closed on its acquisition of KVGS-FM in Las Vegas from GGB Las Vegas. In May 2010, Beasley Broadcast entered into an agreement with GGB Las Vegas to provide management services to KVGS-FM and KOAS-FM and at the same time secured an option to purchase both stations. KOAS-FM was acquired by Beasley in 2012. Beasley CEO, George G.
