Edison Research and RAIN have picked their 2014 "Audio's 30 Under 30," highlighting young people who, the organizations said, represent "the next generation of radio and audio."
Edison President Larry Rosin said, "The 2104 list of future leaders in the audio industry truly reflects the diversity of our world today. We have young people representing almost every facet of the audio industry. From broadcast to online, entrepreneurs and successful executives at large legacy companies, programmers and air talents, and everything in between. Knowing that such fantastic young talent is now in the world of audio should make us optimistic for the future."
The 30 Under 30 received free registration to the RAIN Summit -- held in Indianapolis before the Radio Show -- and were honored at an event Tuesday.
RAIN VP/Managing Editor Brad Hill said, "RAIN News is proud to be part of 30 Under 30. Reading the accomplishments and talents of these 30 outstanding young professionals is invigorating. It is wonderful to see passion for the medium inspiring new generations. Onward and upward!"
