The 14th annual Power of Urban Radio Forum will be held in Washington, D.C. at the Westin City Center in Washington D.C. The event is put on by Kizart Media Partners in partnership with the National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters. The forum focuses on the importance of the $1 trillion African American consumer market. Managing Partner and Founder of Common Ground, Sherman Wright, is the 2014 keynote speaker.
Edna Kane Williams, Vice President of African American Marketing for AARP, and Jim Colon, Vice President of African American Strategy at Toyota USA, will receive National Marketer Awards. Media Agency Activation leaders of OMD, Media Vest USA, Agency of Others, Lintas Campbell Ewald, and Optimedia will discuss and give insight into how they invest their client?s budgets.
