Former Radio Producer To Plead To Child Porn
Chand Worob, the now-former executive producer of The Marc Bernier Show on News/Talk WNDB-AM in Daytona Beach, is expected to plead no contest to 15 counts of possession of child pornography, according to a report in Monday's Daytona Beach News-Journal. Defense attorney Steven deLaroche told the paper that under the terms of the agreement, Worob would be sentenced to five years in prison, followed by 10 years sex offender probation, and would be listed as a sex offender. After a multi-month investigation by police, Worob was arrested at the radio station this past January. WNDB-AM claims to have had no knowledge of Worob's personal online viewing habits, has cooperated with the police investigation, and fired him after the arrest.
