Cox Invests $11.7 Million in iHigh

iHigh, a youth digital television platform and online network, will get $11.7M in funding from Cox Media Group. In making the investment, CMG acquired a minority interest in the company is says is valued at nearly $60M. This investment will be used for product development and corporate expansion. iHigh provides free Web-based tools and live video streaming capabilities that enable organizations to connect to their audiences by broadcasting live content on the Internet to PCs, smartphones, tablets, and any other Internet-connected device.
