On June 14th Beasley Wilmington GM Jane Bartsch passed away. She had held the GM position at WJBR-FM for four years. Sultzbach was the GSM since 2009 before being promoted to the GM position. Sulttzbach's career in Radio began as an intern for Wilmington?s WRDX-FM in 1996. He was offered a part-time position in the station?s Promotions Department in 1998 and a full time position a year later. In 2000, Dan joined Beasley Broadcast?s WPTP-FM in Philadelphia as The Point?s Assistant Promotions Director. In 2003, he moved to country-formatted, sister-station WXTU-FM, again serving as Assistant Promotions Director. In 2005, Dan was offered an opportunity to move up the ladder ? and back to his hometown - as Promotions Director of WJBR-FM. He became the station?s Interactive Sales Manager in 2007 and was elevated to General Sales Manager in 2009.
