As Regent emerges from Chapter 11, all of its FCC licenses move into the Regent Trust as those transfers, approved earlier by the FCC, closed Tuesday. The trust has entered into an LMA with Regent in all markets while awaiting the FCC's final OK for license transfers to the restructured Regent.

Grupo Radio Centro Broadcast Revs Up In Q1

Mexico's Grupo Radio Centro reports that its broadcasting revenues rose 6.7 percent in the first quarter, with the increase credited to the company's KXOS/Los Angeles, which GRC operates under an LMA with Emmis. But GRC saw a net loss in the quarter, largely due to increased operating expenses related to KXOS.
