Proposal Made To Take Emmis Private

Chairman/CEO Jeff Smulyan will keep control of the company under a newly proposed plan to take Emmis Communications private. The plan proposed by JS Acquisition and Alden Global Capital will have JS purchasing all outstanding Emmis common stock at $2.40 per share. More at www.radioink.com.
