Premiere Networks to Syndicate ‘Brooke & Jubal’ Show

brookeandjubalPremiere Networks to Syndicate 'Brooke & Jubal' Show.  The KQMV, Seattle-based morning show co-hosted by Brooke Fox and Jubal Flagg has been quietly expanding – first to Alpha Media's KBFF, Portland, then to Alpha's KTFM, San Antonio and beyond.  Now, Premiere Networks strikes a deal with Hubbard Radio (KQMV's owner) and will begin handling distribution of the show, beginning March 14.  Premiere notes that the show ispremierenetworks new available to CHR-formatted stations for air between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm local time.  Premiere reports that in both Seattle and Portland, the program is rated #1 in the Adults 18-34, Adults 18-49, Women 18-34 and Women 18-49 demos.  Premiere Networks president Julie Talbott says, "Brooke and Jubal's tremendous success in Seattle and Portland proves they can deliver quality programming that drives results in a highly competitive landscape.  We're pleased to partner with Hubbard Radio on this project and look forward to expanding Brooke and Jubal's unique brand of entertainment to additional markets across the country."  Pictured are (from l-r): Brooke, Jubal, and producer Jose.
whitakerchuckCumulus Pensacola Promotes Two.  Taking on the new duties as operations manager for the Cumulus Media Pensacola cluster is programmer Chuck Whitaker.  He joined the company inmichaelsterry 2015 to serve as PD for adult contemporary WMEZ "Soft Rock 94.1," a position he will retain.  He's now also OM for WCOA-FM "Jet 100.7 Classic Hits," urban contemporary WRRX "Magic 106.1," country WXBM "NASH 102.7," and news/talk WCOA-AM "News Talk 1370."  Also promoted is cluster promotions manager Terry Michaels who becomes program director and afternoon drive personality for "Jet 100.7 Classic Hits."
More RadioInfo Career Moves.  Springfield, Massachusetts market radio personality Bridget Lynottlynottbridget returns to the airwaves on Cumulus Media's adult contemporary WMAS-FM.  She is also serving as rothfusspeterpromotion director for the station and sister sports talk WHLL.  Lynott previously served at iHeartMedia's Springfield station group…..Peter Rothfuss is appointed to the general sales manager position at Entercom's Gainesville-Ocala station group that includes adult contemporary WKTK, news/talk WSKY, country WRUF-FM "103.7 The Gator," and sports talk WRUF-AM.  Rothfuss has served as integrated marketing specialist with Entercom at its Wilkes-Barre/Scranton cluster since 2014.
