Nielsen LogoPPM Data – Part Three. April 2016 ratings information has been released for Portland, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Sacramento, San Antonio, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Kansas City, Orlando, and Columbus. Nielsen Audio's April 2016 survey period covered March 24 – April 20. RadioInfo managing editor Mike Kinosian (Kinosian@RadioInfo.com) provides his "Takeaways" from these 12-PPM markets.

TWELVE TAKEAWAYS

1) Portland – Off by a combined six-tenths in the past two sweeps (4.2 – 4.0 – 3.6, 6+), KFBW "105.9 The Brew" recaptures all of it KFBWplus one-tenth (4.3, +.7, 6+) as the iHeartMedia classic rocker rockets from #13 into the top ten (#8). "The Brew" leapfrogs over Entercom's similarly programmed KGON (4.2 – 4.0, -.2, 6+), which dips from #8 to #10; 4.4 was the highest 6+-share for KGON since last June (4.7). Unchanged at #4, iHeartMedia mainstream CHR KKRZ "Z-100" is either up or flat for the fifth consecutive time, (4.2 – 4.4 – 4.8 –KKRZ 4.9 – 5.3 – 5.3, 6+). Adult contemporary cluster-mate KKCW "K-103" is without an increase for the fourth straight sweep (21.4 – 9.5 – 8.8 – 8.6 – 8.6, 6+) but is #1 for the 22nd time in the last 24 ratings periods. Moreover, "K-103" extends its (6+) lead over runner-up KOPB from six-tenths in March to 1.3, as Oregon Public Broadcasting's KOPB – which had been up-trending the past three sweeps (5.3 – 6.7 – 7.4 – 8.0, 6+) – drops seven-tenths to 7.3 (6+). Rewinding to the "Holiday" 2015 report, "K-103" enjoyed a 16.1 lead over KOPB (21.4 versus 5.3, 6+). In advance of the January sweep, KOPB had been down or flat the previous four monthlies (6.7 – 6.4 – 6.0 – 6.0 – 5.3, 6+); 8.0 in March was its strongest 6+-performance in exactly two years (8.0, March 2014, 6+). The market's two country properties register modest gains: Entercom's KWJJ "The Wolf" is up one-tenth to 5.6 (6+) and remains in third-place for the fourth straight sweep, while Alpha Media's KUPL "The Bull," coming off a +1.2 in March, notches a +.2 to 4.7 (6+) and is steady in sixth-place. Prior to the +1.2 in March, "The Bull" had four consecutive monthlies without an increase that produced a combined -2.3 (5.6 – 4.8 – 3.4 – 3.4 – 3.3, 6+). Part of a three-way logjam at #12, Salem Media Group regional Mexican KRYP (up from #14 in March) is either up or flat for the fourth time in a row (2.8 – 3.0 – 3.2 – 3.5 – 3.5, 6+).

2) Charlotte – Improving by six-tenths each are Greater Media hot AC-talk hybrid WLNK "The Link" (seventh to fourth) and WLNKiHeartMedia adult hits WLKO "The Lake," which duplicates its March +.6 (3.9 – 4.5 – 5.1, 6+). This marks the fourth consecutive gain for "The Link" for a +1.6 (3.6 – 3.7 – 4.3 – 4.6 – 5.2, 6+) and its best 6+-share since February 2015 (5.2 as well). "The Lake" advances from eighth toWLKO fifth and notes its highest 6+-performance since August (5.6). Back in January, "The Lake" notched a +.7 to halt its string of five consecutive down or flat trends (5.6 – 4.9 – 4.7 – 4.3 – 4.3 – 3.7, 6+); WLKO was a combined -1.9 since August. Able to withstand a -.9 in March, Beasley Media Group-owned WSOC picks up one-tenth (7.8 – 6.9 – 7.0, 6+) and is #1 for the fourth straight time. "Country's Greatest Hits" was off by a combined -2.7 November-December-"Holiday" and recaptured all but two-tenths in January only to drop eight-tenths in February. Cross-town challenger – iHeartMedia's WKKT – has good news as well. Owing to a +.3 to 5.9 (6+), "The Kat" applies the brakes to seven consecutive trends without an increase that yielded a cumulative -4.2 (9.8 – 9.6 – 8.8 – 8.5 – 5.9 – 5.7 – 5.6, 6+); The Kat" rests in third place for the fifth time in a row. Up or flat the previous three sweeps for a combined +1.2 (2.5 – 2.5 – 3.0 – 3.7, 6+), alternative sibling WEND "The End" faltered by four-tenths in March and regresses by six-tenths in April (3.3 – 2.7, 6+) sliding from #13 to #15; February's 3.7 was the highest 6+-share for "The End" since last July's 3.8. Dropping one-half share each are Beasley Media Group adult contemporary WKQC "K-104.7" (5.4 – 4.9, fourth to seventh, 6+) and public WFAE (#10 – #11, 6+). It is the lowest 6+-share for "K-104.7" since May 2015 (4.6). Owing to the -.5, WFAE has its string of successive up or flat trends snapped at six (2.5 – 2.7 – 2.8 – 3.2 – 3.8 – 3.8 – 4.1 – 3.6, 6+). Albeit steady at #9, Beasley Media Group urban contemporary WPEG "Power 98" is without an increase for the fifth straight sweep (5.5 – 5.4 – 5.1 – 4.6 – 4.2 – 3.9, 6+).

3) Pittsburgh – The return of the Pittsburgh Pirates helps to fuel its flagship, CBS Radio's KDKA-FM, with a +1.1 (4.8 – 5.9, KDKA-FM6+) as "The Fan" progresses from seventh to sixth. After faltering by nine-tenths in March, Steel City Media adult hits WRRK "Bob" gains it all back and one-tenth more (7.3 – 6.4 – 7.4, +1.0, 6+) to advance from fifth to third; the 6.4 (6+) for "Bob" in March was its weakest since "Holiday" 2013 (6.3). With its bestWRRK 6+-showing since a 5.0 in July, iHeartMedia alternative WXDX "The X @ 105.9" (4.1 – 4.6, +.5, 6+) climbs from ninth to eighth. This is the third successive time at #1 for classic hits-oldies sibling WWSW (10.9, +.2, 6+). "3WS" was +5.8 in "Holiday" 2015, halting four straight decreases for a combined -2.4 (10.8 – 10.1 – 9.3 – 8.9 – 8.4, 6+). In January, it regressed by -6.3 (14.2 – 7.9, 6+); rebounded with a +1.6 in February; and tacked on another +1.2 in March (9.5 – 10.7, 6+). Steady at #10, country sibling WPGB "Big 104.7 #1 for New Country" is without a decrease for the sixth successive sweep (2.5 – 2.5 – 2.6 – 2.7 – 3.2 – 3.9 – 3.9, 6+) and registers its best 6+-stat since November 2013 (4.1). Meanwhile, the consecutive string of progressive trends for its format rival – CBS Radio's WDSY – ends at three as "Y-108," which was +.9 in March, is off by eight-tenths (3.9 – 4.5 – 4.9 – 5.8 – 5.0, 6+). WDSY slips from sixth to seventh; 5.8 in March was the highest 6+-share for "Y-108" since September 2014 (6.0). Down for the third straight time for a combined -2.8 (8.8 – 8.2 – 6.9 – 6.0, 6+), CBS Radio talker KDKA-AM moves from fourth to fifth and has its lowest 6+-share since last July (6.0 as well). KDKA-AM followed a -1.8 in "Holiday" 2015 with a +2.2 in January 2016.

4) Sacramento – It is an absolute rarity for a radio property in California's state capital to rack up double-digits (6+) in the PPMKSEGera. More specifically, prior to the April 2016 sweep, it happened exactly twice – once by CBS Radio adult contemporary KYMX "Mix 96" (11.7) and the other by Entercom classic rocker KSEG "The Eagle" (10.0). We can now add a third occurrence as "The Eagle" (#1 for the third monthly in a row)KHHM extends its successive up-trends to three with a whopping +1.1 (8.9 – 9.0 – 9.5 – 10.6, 6+). Off the past three ratings periods by a combined -1.2 (4.0 – 3.5 – 2.9 – 2.8, 6+), Entravision rhythmic CHR KHHM "Hot 103.5" picks up one-tenth to 2.9, climbing #14 to #12. Before that, "Hot" had been without a decrease four straight times (2.9 – 3.1 – 3.1 – 3.8 – 4.0, 6+). The market's spoken-word arena takes a hit with iHeartMedia news-talk hybrid KFBK eroding by -1.3 but remaining at #2, while Capital Public Radio's KXTZ drops six-tenths (fifth to seventh). In three successive gains (7.0 – 7.3 – 8.7 – 9.1, 6+), KFBK added more than two full-shares (+2.1); KXTZ had been up the past four sweeps for a cumulative +1.8 since December (3.0 – 3.3 – 3.8 – 4.1 – 4.8, 6+). In 3.0 – 3.9 range for (now) 12 straight ratings periods, Entercom alternative KKDO "Radio 94.7" sputters by eight-tenths (3.8 – 3.0, 6+) and exits the top ten (#8 to #11). Off by one-half share (7.0 – 6.5, 6+), aforementioned KYMX "Mix 96" holds down the #3 slot for the third consecutive sweep.

5) San Antonio – Making a significant rebound from a one-half share decline in March, Univision's KXTN "Tejano & Proud" KXTNhangs out a +1.2 (3.8 – 3.3 – 4.5, 6+) to jump from #13 to #8. With its finest 6+-performance since last July's 5.6, rhythmic CHR cluster-mate KBBT "The Beat" (seventh to fifth) is up eight-tenths to 5.5. A combined +1.8 since December, Alpha Media Group adult hits KJXK notches an increase for the fifth straight sweep, (2.6 – 2.7 – 3.1 – 3.8 – 4.1 – 4.4, 6+) and moves into the top ten (#11 in March to #9). ThisKBBT represents the fourth consecutive sweep that Cox Media Group classic hits-oldies KONO-FM is either up or flat (7.8 – 8.4 – 9.0 – 9.0 – 9.1, 6+) and the fourth time in a row it is #1. Before dropping from first to second in the "Holiday" sweep, KONO-FM was #1 in 17 of the previous 22 sweeps. It is the loftiest 6+-share for "San Antonio's Greatest Hits" in six years (9.2, March 2010). After dialing up a +.8 in March, classic rock sibling KTKX "The Eagle 106.7" forfeits all of it and an additional one-tenth (3.9 – 4.7 – 3.8, -.9, 6+) to exit the top ten (#7 to #11). Co-owned KISS "Rocks San Antonio" put an end to three straight negative trends in March with a +.7 (6.2 – 5.8 – 5.4 – 4.7 – 5.4, 6+), but coughs it right back as it slides from fourth to seventh (4.7, -.7, 6+). Declining by one-half share each are Univision regional Mexican KROM "Que Buena 92.9" (6.2, unchanged in the runner-up slot, 6+) and Cox Media Group hot AC KSMG "Magic 105.3" (3.7, 6+). "Que Buena" put up a massive two-share increase in March (4.7 – 6.7, 6+), crossing the six-share threshold for the first time since December 2012. Dropping out of the top ten (#9 to #12), "Magic" was locked on 4.2 (6+) in February and March. The market's two country FMs are each up slightly and remain at #3 and #4, respectively: Cox Media Group's KCYY "Y-00" gains one-tenth to 5.8 (6+), while iHeartMedia's KAJA "KJ-97" is right behind trending 5.2 – 5.4 – 5.7 (6+). Stuck on 7.0 (6+) in January and February, "Y-00" was -1.3 in March; "KJ-97" posted a +.2 in March to end five successive sweeps without an increase (7.4 – 6.1 – 5.9 – 5.5 – 5.5 – 5.2, 6+) that produced a -2.2. The two country outlets are typically within close 6+-share/rank proximity but "Y-100" has won 12 of the last 13 head-to-head battles.

6) Cincinnati – In double-digits (6+) for the 27th successive sweep, iHeartMedia heritage talker – and Cincinnati Reds WLWflagship – WLW "The Big One" trots out a massive +1.6 (10.1 – 11.7). After registering four straight increases (10.1 – 10.2 – 10.7 – 11.3 – 11.7, 6+), WLW was -1.3 in February and -.3 in March. Four consecutive negative trends by Hubbard Broadcasting's WUBE "B-105" for a combined -3.6 (9.5 – 9.3 – 8.5 – 7.3 – 5.9, 6+) concluded in JanuaryWUBE when the country outlet posted an increase of two-tenths. WUBE multiplied that gain by nine in February; tacked on two-tenths in March; and now delivers another one-half share (6.1 – 7.9 – 8.1 – 8.6, 6+) with "B-105" remaining at #3; 8.6 is the best 6+-share for "B-105" since its 9.3 last October. Owing to a +.1 (to 4.2, 6+), WLW rock sibling WEBN (steady at #8) pulls the plug on four consecutive down or flat sweeps (4.9 – 4.5 – 4.4 – 4.1 – 4.1, 6+). Two streaks continue for Hubbard Broadcasting hot AC WKRQ: "Q-102" holds the #4 spot for the eighth straight time and posts a positive trend for the fourth successive sweep (6.2 – 7.0 – 7.5 – 7.8 – 8.1, 6+). Until a +.8 in January, "Q-102" was without a gain in the previous four sweeps (7.2 – 6.8 – 6.8 – 6.7 – 6.2, 6+). After five consecutive times of being either down or flat for a combined -2.2 (6.0 – 5.7 – 4.7 – 4.1 – 3.8 – 3.8, 6+), Cumulus Media classic rocker WOFX "The Fox" adds three-tenths to 4.1 (6+), inching up from tenth to ninth. While unchanged at #5, co-owned adult contemporary WRRM "Warm 98" has its fourth successive decline – this one a -.9 (11.9 – 7.2 – 6.3 – 6.1 – 5.2, 6+). Going back to the "Holiday" report, "Warm 98" is -6.7 (6+) and has lost roughly 56% of its 6+-share. This is its weakest 6+-performance since last October's 4.4. At this time last month, classic hits-oldies sibling WGRR "103.5 WGRR" was within one-half share (6+) of pacesetter WLW. The margin now, however, is 2.3 shares as WGRR loses two-tenths to 9.4 (6+), thus ending a string of three straight increases (6.8 – 8.5 – 8.8 – 9.6, 6+). Public classical WGUC has its third straight negative trend (3.3 – 3.2 – 2.9 – 2.2, 6+) and tumbles from #13 to #16.

7) Cleveland – Advancing by a robust nine-tenths (and two rankers) each are iHeartMedia adult hits and country siblings WHLKWHLK "106.5 The Lake" (6.8 – 7.7, fifth to third, 6+) and WGAR (sixth to fourth, 6+). With a +.2 in March, "The Lake" halted three straight sweeps without an increase (7.4 – 7.4 – 7.3 – 6.6, 6+). As a result of four straight gains, WGAR is now a combined +2.3 (5.1 – 5.7 – 6.3 – 6.5 – 7.4, 6+). Anchored at 5.6 (6+) in January, February, and March, talk sibling WTAM dials up a +.8 to 6.4, its best 6+ showing sinceWGAR September's 6.6. The Cleveland Indians flagship advances from seventh to fifth. Flat at #10, co-owned CHR WAKS "96.5 Kiss FM" hasn't had a decrease in the last seven sweeps, yet is only up a total of six-tenths (4.5 – 4.5 – 4.5 – 4.6 – 4.6 – 4.9 – 4.9 – 5.1, 6+). Remaining in that iHeartMedia cluster, WMJI "Cleveland's Greatest Hits" trots out a +.4 to discontinue three consecutive downward trends (12.3 – 11.5 – 10.6 – 10.3 – 10.7, 6+) and keep the top spot for the fourth successive sweep. WMJI was #1 for eight straight months before giving way in "Holiday" 2015. Frozen on 6.6 in January and February, CBS Radio-owned WNCX "98.5 Cleveland's Classic Rock" posted a +.6 in March but relinquishes all of it plus three-tenths (7.2 – 6.3, -.9, 6+) to spiral from third to seventh; 7.2 was the strongest 6+-performance for "Cleveland's Classic Rock" since July 2014 (also 7.2). Sputtering by eight-tenths each are Radio One urban AC WZAK (7.2 – 6.4, third to fifth, 6+) and CBS Radio sports outlet WKRK "92.3 The Fan" (unchanged at #12, 6+). After back-to-back January and February gains totaling a combined +1.9 (6.8 – 8.1 – 8.7, 6+), WZAK returned all but four-tenths of it in March (-1.5, 6+); January's +1.3 halted four straight sweeps without an increase (8.4 – 7.9 – 7.6 – 7.6 – 6.8, 6+). This is the third straight loss for "The Fan" (4.9 – 4.0 – 4.0 – 3.2, 6+), which is -1.7 since January. After a trio of progressive sweeps (4.3 – 4.7 – 5.3 – 5.5, 6+) Radio One urban contemporary WENZ "Z-107.9" is off by one-tenth to 5.4 (6+) and slides from eighth to ninth. In advance of the positive streak, "Z-107.9" had four straight down or flat trends (5.4 – 5.2 – 5.2 – 4.8 – 4.3, 6+).

8) Salt Lake City – Apparently not even a hefty gain of nine-tenths (4.3 – 5.2, 6+) can advance iHeartMedia-owned KODJ KODJ"Salt Lake's Greatest Hits" from the #7 slot. Bouncing back from a -.7 in March, Broadway Media's KUDD "Mix 105.1 – All The Hits" displays a +.8 (3.9 – 3.2 – 4.0, 6+) to crack the top ten (#12 to #10). Progressing by one-half share each are independent KSOP-FM "Utah's #1 Country Z-104" (4.1 – 4.6, 6+) and iHeartMedia's KAAZ "Rock 106.7" (3.2 – 3.7,KUDD #12 to #11, 6+). Steady at #8, "Z-104" was off by six-tenths in March; 4.1 was its lowest 6+-share since 3.9 in "Holiday" 2014. There's a case of musical chairs at #1 as Bonneville talk outlet KSL – displaced in March by iHeartMedia CHR KZHT "Salt Lake's #1 Hit Music Station" – returns to the penthouse although without an increase the past three sweeps (6.9 – 6.9 – 6.5 – 6.5, 6+). After three straight progressive trends (4.7 – 5.1 – 6.7 – 7.1, 6+) and best 6+-performance since last August (7.5), "Salt Lake's #1 Hit Music Station" regresses by seven-tenths to 6.4 and returns to the runner-up slot. Dipping by one-half share each are Capital Broadcasting hot AC KBZN "Now 97.7" and public KRCL (1.3 – .8, #26, 6+). Moving from a second-place tie to a third-place tie, "Now" – which recorded a +1.1 in January to stop seven consecutive down or flat sweeps (8.1 – 7.8 – 7.6 – 7.3 – 7.0 – 6.8 – 6.6 – 5.7, 6+) – has its third negative trend in a row (6.8 – 6.7 – 6.5 – 6.0, 6+).

9) Las Vegas – On the heels of a one-half share increase in March and a +.3 in February, Faith Communications contemporary KSOSChristian KSOS "Radio for Life" tacks on another nine-tenths (2.6 – 2.9 – 3.4 – 4.3, 6+) to rocket from #12 to #7. The last time "Radio for Life" reached the four-share level (6+) was exactly one year ago (4.1, April 2015). Also posting a gain of nine-tenths is Lotus-owned KOMP "92.3 The Rock Station" (3.7, 6+). Locked on 2.8 (6+) in February and March "The Rock Station" zooms from #14 to #10. After sputtering by six-tenths in March, CBS Radio's KLUC "LasKOMP Vegas' #1 Hit Music Station" regains most of it (4.6 – 5.1, +.5, 6+), inching up from sixth to fifth. Up or flat for the sixth successive time for a cumulative +.8 (1.5 – 1.6 – 1.6 – 1.7 – 2.3 – 2.3 – 2.3, 6+), iHeartMedia CHR KPLV "93.1 The Party" (#16 to #18) is at 2.3 for the third time in a row. That represents the best 6+-stat for "The Party" since last July (2.8). Putting an end to three straight declines which resulted in an approximately 55% erosion of its 6+-share (15.7 – 7.8 – 7.2 – 7.1, 6+), iHeartMedia adult contemporary KSNE "Sunny 106.5" picks up four-tenths to 7.5 (6+) and is #1 for the 20th straight time. A loss of six-tenths (3.4 – 2.8, 6+) drops Beasley Media Group's country-formatted KCYE "102.7 The Coyote" from #12 to #14. Regressing by one-half share each are classic hits-oldies sibling KKLZ (6.1, 6+) and Lotus Spanish adult hits KWID "La Buena 101.9" (4.4 – 3.9, seventh to ninth, 6+). In the runner-up slot for the fourth successive sweep, KKLZ had posted three successive gains for a cumulative +1.6 (5.0 – 6.0 – 6.4 – 6.6, 6+). Although down four-tenths (5.8 – 5.4, 6+), CBS Radio-owned hot AC KMXB "Mix 94.1" finishes third for the fourth straight monthly.

10) Kansas City – Welcoming the return of the 2015 World Series champion Kansas City Royals in a huge way is its key KCSPstation – Entercom's KCSP "610 Sports" (2.4 – 3.8, +1.4, 6+), which catapults from #19 to #10. A one-half share increase (5.9 – 6.4, 6+) nudges Cumulus Media classic rock KCFX "The Fox" from third to second. Picking up four-tenths (6.5 – 6.9, 6+), Entercom hot AC "99.7 The Point" ranks first for the third straight time. It is the most potent 6+-share for "The Point" since March 2015 (6.9 asKCFX well). Faltering by seven-tenths each are University of Missouri-owned KCUR (3.7 – 3.0, #14 to #17, 6+) and – for the second straight time – Entercom talker KMBZ-AM (3.0 – 2.5 – 1.8, #18 to #19, 6+). Off by one-half share (5.7 – 5.2, 6+), Steel City Media CHR KMXV "Mix 93.3" segues from fourth to fifth. Also down -.5 – and with its third straight down or flat trend (4.4 – 4.4 – 4.1 – 3.6, 6+) – is country cluster-mate KBEQ "Q-104 #1 for New Country," which exits the top ten (#10 to #13). Elsewhere in the country format, "Q-104" sibling KFKF "Country 94.1," steady at #8, picks up one-tenth to 4.3 (6+) and Entercom's WDAF "106.5 The Wolf" is down two-tenths to 3.1 (unchanged at #16, 6+).

11) Orlando – Significant movement in the rock-classic-rock-rock AC genre finds Cox Media Group's WMMO expanding by +1.1WMGF (6.5 – 7.6, fifth to fourth, 6+), while iHeartMedia-owned WJRR "Orlando's Rock Station" erodes by -1.3 (#7 to #11, 6+). It is the most potent 6+-showing for WMMO in almost six years (7.6, August 2010); "Orlando's Rock Station" though is down for the third straightWXXL time (6.0 – 5.4 – 5.3 – 4.0, 6+). Notching gains of seven-tenths each are iHeartMedia adult contemporary and CHR siblings WMGF "Magic 107.7" (8.3 – 9.0, 6+) and WXXL "XL-106.7" (7.3 – 8.0, fourth to third, 6+). In the last eight sweeps, "Magic" is trending +.5 (October); -1.0 (November); +1.6 (December); +5.2 ("Holiday" 2015); -4.7 (January); -1.2 (February); +1.3 (March); and +.7 (April). "Magic" is now eight-tenths behind co-owned Spanish tropical WRUM "Rumba," which – despite losing one-half share (10.3 – 9.8, -.5, 6+), is #1 for the fourth straight sweep. Even though it registers its fourth straight gain for an overall +2.2 (5.4 – 6.4 – 6.8 – 7.5 – 7.6, 6+), CBS Radio hot AC WOMX "Mix 105.1" back slides from third to fourth. This is the most potent 6+-share for "Mix" since its 8.6 in May 2013. Unlisted for the fourth consecutive sweep is contemporary Christian WPOZ "Z-88.3 Safe for the Little Ears," which finished third in "Holiday" 2015.

12) Columbus – The six-tenths advantage iHeartMedia CHR WNCI "97.9 Columbus' Hit Music" held over country sibling WCOLWCOL this time last month changes as WCOL improves by nine-tenths to move from second to first, while WNCI loses six-tenths to segue from first to second. Thus, WCOL now enjoys a nine-tenths lead over WNCI, which had been #1 the past three ratings periods. While it still remains in double-figures (6+), "Columbus'WODC 2016 Hit Music" is off or flat for the third straight time (12.2 – 11.1 – 11.1 – 10.5, 6+). Meanwhile, this is the fourth successive sweep that WCOL is in double-digits (10.7 – 10.7 – 10.5 – 11.4, 6+). Also in that cluster, classic hits-oldies-turned adult hits WODC "The Bus – We Play Anything" logs its third straight improvement (3.5 – 3.8 – 3.9 – 4.3, 6+) as "The Bus" travels from seventh to sixth. Steady at #14, gradual growth continues for Saga Communications adult hits WNND "Rewind Columbus' Greatest Hits," which turns in its fourth successive progressive trend (1.4 – 1.5 – 1.8 – 1.9 – 2.3, 6+). After improving by one-half share in March, adult contemporary cluster-mate WSNY "Sunny 95" relinquishes all of it (6.8 – 7.3 – 6.8, -.5, 6+) but remains at #3. Also faltering by one-half share is Radio One urban AC WXMG "Magic 95.5 Columbus' Best R&B" (1.7 – 1.2, 6+), which continues at #15. Steady at #17, co-owned gospel WJYD "Joy 107.1" is without a decrease for the fourth time in a row (.5 – .5 – .5 – .6 – .8 (6+).
