Amber Bouchard Named APD and Midday Jock at Alternative WRFF, Philly.  The new midday personality and assistant program director at iHeartMedia's alternative WRFF, Philadelphia "Radio 104.5" isbouchardamber Amber Bouchard, a.k.a. Amber Miller.  She takes over for Wendy Rollins who recently exited the station to relocate to Atlanta.  Station program director John Allers says, "We were very fortunate to have some exceptional candidates raise their hand for this position.  Amber stood out as the perfect match for Radio 104.5's assistant program director position with her broad background in radio and records combined with a strong understanding of our target audience and the music they love."  Bouchard previously served as national director of promotion for Caroline Records.  Her radio resume includes stops at WEQX, Albany; WDVD, Detroit; WDCG, Raleigh; and WQSM-FM/Fayetteville.
More RadioInfo Career Moves.  The reason is not quite clear but Joe Volk of the long-running "Joe and the Poorboy" show on Cumulus Media's rock WKQZ, Midland, Michigan has exited the station.  Program co-host Adam Shilling announced Volk's departure earlier this week…..With the departure of Dave Hovel to iHeartMedia's Salisbury-Ocean City, Maryland cluster, West Virginia Radio Corp. promotes PM drive personality Jason Taylor to program director and morning host at its country WICL, Williamsport, Maryland and simultaneously ups midday host Rona Mensah to afternoons.
