Univision Communications has announced today that Joe Uva, President and Chief Executive Officer, has informed the Board of Directors that he has chosen not to renew his employment agreement in order to be able to seek other opportunities. Uva will exit at the end of his contract on April 2nd. Univision will commence a search process for a new CEO immediately. To ensure a smooth transition, Haim Saban will assume additional responsibilities in his role as Executive Chairman until a new CEO is appointed. |

Steve Kerrigan (pictured left), who rose to radio fame as part of "Kerrigan & Christopher" at WTUE in Dayton lost his battle with Multiple Myeloma Monday. He was 51. Steve, along with partner Chris Geisen, brought ratings success and national notoriety to the station during their 1986-1999 run as a morning show team that displayed a knack for cutting edge humor and headline grabbing stunts. |

Cumulus released Q4 and 2010 results ahead of a 9AM conference call and reported net revenues for the three months ended December 31, 2010 increased $0.2 million, or 0.3%, to $69.8 million, compared to $69.6 million for the three months ended December 31, 2009. Cash revenue increased $3.8 million, or 6.2%, for the three months ending December 31, 2010, but was offset by a decrease in non-cash trade revenue of $3.6 million, or 45.6%, as compared to the three months ended December 31, 2009. |
