Earlier this week, Clear Channel's John Hogan was honored for his commitment to philanthropy and Clear Channel?s efforts toward finding a cure for lupus. The Alliance for Lupus Research held its 2012 Gala at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in NYC, where Hogan was honored. The event was co-chaired by Bob Pittman, CEO of Clear Channel, and Woody Johnson, Chairman and CEO of the New York Jets. The event featured performances by Karmin and The Band Perry.

Considering the way that Hogan and Pittman continually fire people and underpay dedicated Clear Channel workers, it is surprising that they can even spell philanthropy.
