Last week we reported that that about 75 employees at James Crystal Radio did not get paid after the company bank accounts were frozen. Jim Hilliard has confirmed to Radio Ink that he has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Hilliard also says he's paid his staff for one of the pay periods they missed and plans to hand out an additional round of paychecks today.
