The purchase price was $3.25 million for WJKS-FM/Canton, NJ and WFAI-AM in Salem, NJ. Delmarva Broadcasting is purchasing the stations from QC Communications, which is owned by Steve Chanin. Both stations show up in the Wilmington, DE ratings and the studios are in Wilmington. Larry Patrick of Patrick Communications was the exclusive broker for this deal.
