Rebecca Kaplan has been named Promotions Director for Cumulus' two Dallas stations, KSCS and KPLX. Kaplan had been in Tampa as Promotions Director with iHeartMedia. Before that she was in marketing at the University of Florida and for the University of South Florida Athletics Department. Kaplan began her career as Promotions Coordinator for WKZY in Gainesville.
