Here's a follow-up from a story we told you about last week. The News Herald reports that Steve Woody (pictured) has been charged with several felonies for the damage done to WCIS-AM in Morganton, North Carolina. Woody was charged with felony breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and possession of stolen goods. He was also charged with possession of a stolen truck, which lead to his arrest. Evidence in the back of the truck connected him to the radio station theft, according to authorities. The station was knocked off the air after $50,000 worth of damage was done to it. Picture Courtesy News Herald.
