The Country Radio Seminar has announced this year?s Rusty Walker Scholarship winners, who will receive an all expense-paid trip and registration to CRS 2015, being held February 25-27 in Nashville.The three winners are Andrea Bogdonas, who is morning show co-host, promotions director and social media producer/designer for Neuhoff Media's WFMB in Springfield, Colton Bradford who is the night host and morning stunt guy for iHeartMedia's WKSJ in Mobile and Annie Brooks, marketing and promotions director at Entercom's KWJJ in Portland, OR.
The Rusty Walker Scholarship program was created in 2012 by the Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc. to honor Country Radio Hall of Fame member, Rusty Walker, who passed away in May 2012. Each scholarship includes a full CRS 2015 registration, airfare and accomodations for three nights (Feb. 25, 2015 - Feb. 27, 2015). Scholars will be recognized at the CRS 2015 opening ceremonies and will have the opportunity to meet CRS board members during the three-day seminar. All scholarship applications were reviewed for consideration by a CRS selection committee.
