As the war in Iraq draws down the United States Government has also pulled the plug on "Prickle & Townsend." The morning duo of Adam Prickel and Don Townsend did the final broadcast last week and are packing up and heading home. The show was broadcast weekday mornings to the troops in Iraq and anyone else who wanted to listen, on Armed Forces Network. It was a mix of military information, music and humor from the morning team. It was called Freedom Radio. Prickel heads back to Indianapolis where he is a photo journalist with WISH-TV.
