Clear Channel Not Sure How to Sell Music Creation

Clear Channel CEO Bob Pittman was interviewd by Kara Swisher at the "D: Dive Into Media" conference last week and discussed iHeartradio among other topics. Perhaps the most interesting statement Pittman made was when he discussed why iHeartradio continues to be commercial free on the music curation side. He said "we haven't yet figured out how to put advertising into a music collection." Pittman also said consumers are already saying the limited amount of commercials Pandora is playing is too many.
