McManus becomes the Regional VP for the Northeast. She will oversee Sales and Operations for the Bridgeport, Danbury, and New London, Connecticut, as well as Poughkeepsie and Westchester, New York, markets. She has been the Vice President/Market Manager for WEBE/WICC in Bridgeport, CT, since 2002.

McManus said: ?It is a great honor and a privilege to work with the very talented managers, sales teams, programming, and support staff of these extraordinary radio stations throughout the Northeast. Cumulus Media is dedicated to developing and providing the most cutting-edge tools in the industry to advance the role of radio in today's ever-changing media landscape, and to aid in the professional development of our employees. I am excited to be a member of the regional management team that is instrumental in implementing these programs in the markets that we serve. I am thankful to Lew Dickey, John Dickey, Jon Pinch, and Gary Pizzati for giving me the opportunity to share my life-long love of radio with the hundreds of employees that enrich our Northeast properties.?

Cumulus Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer John Dickey said: ?This is a well deserved promotion and next step for Ann in our company. She has contributed greatly to our sales systems and will now be in a position to share her passion for sales excellence with other markets.?

Cumulus Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer Jon Pinch said: ?Ann is a proven top performer in our company. Her management style and sales acumen will be a valuable resource to her region.?

Take her out of the photo and you have 3 blind mice Pizzati, Lew and John Dickey. Those 3 will go down as the reason the radio industry died. Money grubbers. Someone will write a book one day titled "The dickey family and the death of radio" I guarantee it.
