Harris Broadcast has split into two companies, Imagine Communications and GatesAir. The announcement was made Monday at the company's annual MediaDay held at Madison Square Garden. Imagine Communications will be headquartered in Dallas, with offices in Denver, Toronto, Los Angeles, Tel Aviv, and Beijing. GatesAir will be headquartered in Cincinnati, with its manufacturing, supply chain and fulfillment center in Quincy, Illinois. Charlie Vogt (pictured) will be CEO of both companies.
