Tim Rainey will be the new PD for CBS's 98.7 AMP Radio in Detroit. Rainey was most recently director of programming/brand manager/afternoon personality at WNOU-FM (Radio One) in Indianapolis, Indiana. Rainey said, "After six amazing years in Indianapolis I can't wait to join the AMP Radio team already in place and do some amazing, fun and exciting radio in the Motor City. Oh, and you have a baseball team? Even better."
Debbie Kenyon, Senior Vice-President and Market Manager of CBS Radio Detroit, said: ?I am excited to bring a talent like Tim Rainey to Detroit. Tim is a talented, creative programmer, and I look forward to those attributes being used to continue the growth of WDZH.?
