Chicagoland Radio and Media reports Rick O'Dell is joining the jazz-formatted public radio station. He'll host Sunday Jazz Brunch (11a-2p). O'Dell launched SmoothJazzChicago.net in 2012. With no Smooth Jazz or Smooth AC found anywhere in Chicago, O'Dell's website became a haven for fans of the genre. O'Dell's new show for WDCB-FM does not change anything he's doing with his website or simulcast deal with WTMX-HD2.
