Hubbard's Washington D.C. all-news station WTOP was honored over the weekend with eight Chesapeake AP Awards ? the most of any major radio station in the Washington area. In 2014 so far, WTOP has won more than 30 major awards for excellence in journalism, including five Regional Edward R. Murrow Awards and seven National Headliner Awards. Here are the eight categories WTOP won awards in this past weekend from the AP.
