Educational Media Foundation has closed on its purchase of KMCQ-FM/Seattle-Covington from seller Queen Cities Broadcasting for $7 million. The station has flipped from Classic Hits to EMF's syndicated Contemporary Christian format known as K-Love. Kalil & Co. served as the exclusive broker for this transaction.
