According to the Enforcement Bureau at the FCC, Luis Angel Ayora was operating a pirate FM station in Queens and was repeatedly warned that pirate stations are illegal. Ayora ignored the Commission's warnings which it says warrants a significant penalty. On April 14, 2014 the Bureau slapped Ayora with a $20,000 NAL and he has not filed a response. Ayora has 30 days to pay the fine.
