After being arrested early Thursday for a possible DUI, assaulting a police officer, and resisting arrest, WMEX/Boston personality returned to the airwaves Friday afternoon, where she stated she will be vindicated of the multiple charges against her. Said McPhee: "With everything my team and I know, we are confident that once the facts are out there, there will be absolutely no question about who I am. I know a lot of you have a lot of questions and I wish I could answer them all for you, but under the advice of my legal counsel, I can't discuss the situation until all the facts are out."
