Cumulus To Acquire Cumulus Media Partners

Cumulus Media has signed a deal to buy out its private equity partners in Cumulus Media Partners, which was formed to purchase the former Susquehanna stations. CMP has 32 stations in nine markets and has been run by CMI under a management agreement since it was founded.
