Envision Networks and RadioTraks have announced an upgrade to E-Quest Alert, a system for listener engagement and interaction. E-Quest Alert features mobile and Web artist and song alerts as well as RequesTrak, a song request management system. Artist Alerts is a feature where an instant text notifies listeners when their favorite artists are scheduled to play. Song Alerts allow listeners to search the station?s Web or mobile app for their favorite songs or select from top requests. Alerts are delivered via text, e-mail, or Twitter. RequesTrak is a complete studio request, and alert management system that lets stations manage and keep track of their most-requested songs in the studio and online.
