Andy Stuart becomes the new RVP/ Market Manager for Cumulus' seven stations in Toledo, replacing John Gallagher who will now run Green Bay and Appleton/Oshkosh. Stuart joins Cumulus from Clear Channel Toledo, where he was RVP / Market Manager for over 24 years. At Clear Channel, Stuart's area of responsibility included the Northern Ohio markets including Toledo, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Lima, Defiance, Napoleon, Ashland, Mansfield, and Findlay.
