The first of two House Judiciary Committee hearings on music licensing will take place today in Washington D.C. at 10 a.m. Radio will not be represented at today's hearing. The witness list includes BMI CEO Michael O'Neill, Recording Academy CEO Neil Portnow, the Executive Director of the TV Music License Committee Will Hoyt, The Executive Director of the Digital Media Association Lee Knife, National Music Publishers Association CEO David Israelite and Nashville Songwriters Association International President Lee Thomas Miller
