NAB And RAB Looking For Creative Types

6-9-14

The NAB and the RAB are searching for three creative minds to sit on a panel at the September Radio Show in Indianapolis. The contest is called the Creative Edge Panelist Challenge. Three panelists will be selected for a session called "It Starts at the Top: Reinvigorating Station Creativity." Contestants are encouraged to submit fresh ideas on incorporating creativity into on-air and online content. One PD, one digital director, and one production director will be chosen for the session. Salem Radio Division President Dave Santrella will moderate the panel.

The panel, to be held September 10, will focus on how top stations incorporate creative elements into all content, including on-air, online, branding, and commercials. Winners will share their views on the elements of compelling creative and discuss how managers can cultivate and sustain a dedication to creativity across departments. Salem Radio Division President Dave Santrella will moderate the panel.

Contest details, including entry requirements, can be found here. Winners will receive complimentary registration to the 2014 Radio Show and a $1,000 travel stipend, courtesy of Salem Communications. Entries will be accepted until June 30. Winners will be announced on July 24.

The Radio Show, held September 10-12 in Indianapolis, is produced by the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) and the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB).
