Jenn Hobby Moves to 'Star 94.1' Atlanta Joining Jeff Dauler. After Jeff Dauler abruptly exited WWWQ, Atlanta-based, Bert Weiss-hosted "The Bert Show" last fall and it was announced he'd be joining WSTR "Star 94.1," rumors began swirling that former "Bert Show" talent Jenn Hobby would be recruited to work with Dauler at WSTR. Well, that has comes to pass as Hobby exits her gig at crosstown country WKHX and "The Jeff and Jenn Show" is born. The program also includes Mike Marino. Entercom Atlanta VP/GM Mike Fowler states, "Jenn is uniquely talented and perfect for our audience. I'm thrilled to reunite Jenn Hobby and Jeff Dauler on 'Star 94.1.'" Program director Tony Lorino adds, "As we talked to people about what they wanted in a morning show, two names kept coming up again and again, and those names were Jeff Dauler and Jenn Hobby. We cannot wait to begin building the next generation of this historic radio station with Jeff and Jenn anchoring our fantastic slate of personalities."
K.C. Lupps Joins 'Mix96' Tulsa for Mornings. Tulsa market pro K.C. Lupp joins Cox Media Group's hot AC KRAV, Tulsa "Mix96" to co-host the morning show with current AM personality Lindsey Bauer. The "K.C. and Lindsey Morning Show" debuts on March 7. Lupp was most recently afternoon host and production manager for iHeartMedia's crosstown rock KMOD. Lupp takes over on KRAV for Tad Lemire who recently moved to CMG's WSB-FM, Atlanta "B98.5."
Alpha Media Pipes 'Brooke & Jubal' in to KTFM, San Antonio. With the success of the show its CHR KBFF, Portland "Live 95.5," Alpha Media brings the "Brooke & Jubal" program to San Antonio CHR KTFM "Energy 94.1." Alpha Media vice president of programming Phil Becker comments, "Brooke & Jubal's success in Portland has been a game changer for KBFF and I am very confident that the same thing will happen as they join KTFM. Alternative KXTE, Las Vegas Announces New Morning Show. Las Vegas alternative rock station KXTE "X107.5" has launched the new "Marco & Jeetz" morning program. CBS RADIO brings Marco Orem and Joe "Jeetz" Reder aboard to work with existing morning show personality Ransom, who will also serve as the show's producer. CBS RADIO Las Vegas OM JB King comments, "We are very excited for the debut of 'Marco & Jeetz.' After an exhaustive search all across the country to find the right personalities for our new morning show, we believe that 'Marco & Jeetz' are exactly what the 'X107.5' listeners have been asking for." Orem was most recently afternoon host at WRQX, Washington. Reder had been serving morning co-host and producer at KHTP, Seattle.
