smithelroyElroy Smith Named OM/PD for Entercom's San Francisco Urban Stations.  Urban radio programmer Elroy R.C. Smith joins Entercom's San Francisco cluster to serve as operations manager and program director for urban contemporary KBLX and rhythmic oldies KRBQ "Q102.1" as part of what the company is calling "a re-organization to enhance collaboration and natural synergies between brands, as well as operational innovation."  Smith was most recently operations director for Summit Media's Greenville, South Carolina station group.  Entercom San Francisco VP and market manager Steve DiNardo states, "We are thrilled to welcome Elroy to the Bay Area and to the Entercom family.  He is a career urban and rhythmic programmer who has competed at the highest levels in major markets like Chicago and Philadelphia.  His acumen in both programming and operations will be invaluable to our continued success and momentum in the marketplace."  Smith replaces Stacy Cunningham as OM and Trevor Simpson as PD for KRBQ.
