Persistence and a second chance are paying off for Shannon Burke. Burke, at one point in his radio career was wildly successful in Orlando before running into trouble with the law. He's now joining RadioIO to be heard on Bubba's 2nd channel. Burke had to start anew which he has been doing on a smaller station in the market (810-AM). He tells Radio Ink he's very excited about his new Internet only show. "There are some great things going on there. With Randy Michaels and Mark Chase on board @ RadioIO, I believe it's about to get interesting."
Burke had been doing a weekly show on RadioIO. He will be on 810-AM in Orlando this week until Friday before starting his new job. Congratulate Shannon on his new gig HERE.
